What cars do you have?
For standard private transfers and tours we usually use a VW Passat or similar sedan for 1-3 passengers and an Opel Vivaro or similar van for groups up to 8 passengers. Luxury vehicles can be arranged on request.
Are passengers insured?
Yes. All passengers are insured during private tours and transfers operated by Private Experience Croatia.
Where do we meet the driver?
We provide door-to-door pickup whenever access allows it. If the exact address is restricted, the driver will meet you at the closest accessible location and share clear pickup details.
Can we request a child seat?
Yes. Child seats can be requested in advance. Please include the child age and any specific seat requirement when sending your booking inquiry.
What is the cancellation policy?
For private tours and group tours, cancellation is free up to 7 days before departure. Later cancellations may include a partial or full charge depending on timing.
Can you organize custom routes?
Yes. Custom transfers, multi-day itineraries, extra stops, guides, wine tastings and larger groups can be arranged after checking timing and availability.
