Cancellation policy

We aim to keep cancellations simple and fair. Charges depend on how far in advance you cancel a confirmed booking.

More than 7 days before the service

Full refund of any deposit paid.

Between 7 days and 48 hours before the service

50% of the total price is charged. The deposit covers part of this charge.

Less than 48 hours before the service or no-show

100% of the total price is charged. No refund of the deposit.

How to cancel

Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@private-experience-croatia.com or by WhatsApp to +385 91 2530 812. The cancellation time is registered when we receive the message, in Croatian local time (Europe/Zagreb).

Please include your booking ID, full name, and service date so we can locate the booking quickly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Stripe refunds usually appear on your card statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Bank or card fees charged by the issuing bank are not refundable.

Changes to the booking

Minor changes (pickup time, pickup address, child seat, number of passengers within the vehicle capacity) are usually possible at no cost up to 24 hours before the service, subject to availability.

Date or route changes requested less than 48 hours before the service may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking depending on capacity.

Force majeure

If the service cannot be provided due to circumstances outside our control (severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, border closures, national park closures, or governmental restrictions) we will offer the closest reasonable alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid.

Operator-initiated cancellation

If we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons attributable to us, you receive a full refund and, when possible, a discount voucher for a future service.
